In a previous life Anthony spent time running some fancy restaurants throughout Raleigh, but most certainly prefers Champagne and Square pizzas. Currently obsessed with opening restaurant projects for young hospitality professionals so we can enjoy a more vibrant restaurant scene and they can experience the magic of entrepreneurship. Graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. Three Kids and a golden retriever named Pierre make sure there's never a dull moment.
